The conference is designed for people affected by PD and their caregivers and families, and community members-at-large. The three-fold mission of the PD and Movement Disorders Center is 1) to provide innovative, multidisciplinary care for patients and families affected by Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders 2) to promote health, education, and support for patients, caregivers, family members, healthcare providers, and the community and 3) to conduct preclinical and clinical research in order to extend the knowledge and treatment of movement disorders.
