Description
This award provides support for those associated with the PF Center of Excellence at NU to engage in palliative care training and quality improvement initiatives. A social worker will serve as palliative care champion, supporting the quality improvement initiatives that the team decides upon and ensuring that staff and faculty associated with the Center of Excellence complete their palliative care training.
