Understand role of genetics– through clinical evidence and clinical trials. Discuss the treatment option of neurosurgery: indications for neurosurgery, pre- and post-surgical evaluations, surgery itself, post-surgery management.Identify the current complementary and alternative medical interventions of Parkinson’s disease.Recognize why Parkinson’s awareness is important to diagnosis, treatment, and research endeavors.Identify the surgical management issues related to Parkinson’s Disease. Connect with PD peers and caregivers.
