Description

The purpose of the MIDS Task Order 190974 is to provide the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) with services for the development and implementation of a Patient-Reported Outcome-based Performance measure (PRO-PM) for primary care practices participating in Track 2 of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (“Innovation Center”) Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) model. As a sub-contract to RAND, NU will provide services and expertise on information gathering, PRO-PM development, psychometric analysis, validity analysis, integration into electronic health records, data capture, training and education, implementation, and NQF application
