Description
Dr. Seed will direct and oversee the NU lab to conduct bacterial and fungal diversity test using Bacterial and Fungal Ribosomal RNA Sequencing to the stool samples provided by the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI). The Lab will complete the requested test and provide testing results to DCRI within 4 months after receiving the samples. The lab will provide data analysis and assist in identification and resolution of data discrepancies, and problem solving as well as provide expert input into result interpretation and publications.
