Project Details
Description
This project will test two digital health interventions, separately and bundled, with the objective of improving postpartum blood pressures, reducing postpartum weight retention, and decreasing rates of subclinical cardiac dysfunction. The project will include postpartum individuals with HDP, with the ultimate objective to improve maternal heart health in the peripartum and long-term time periods. The overarching goal of this proposal is to test the effect of two digital health interventions, separately and bundled, on cardiovascular health and subclinical cardiac dysfunction in postpartum individuals after pregnancies
complicated by new-onset HDP.
