Prospective Randomized Comparison of Zepto Capsulotomy to Manual Continuous Curvilinear Capsulotomy

The objective of this study is to better understand the role of the Zepto device in routine and complex cataract surgery and to compare the the Zepto device’squality of capsulotomy to manual curvilinear capsulotomy. As the Zepto device provides a more predictable capsulotomy, this may be correlated with better overlap of the capsulotomy over the implanted intra-ocular lens a well as possible improved refractive outcome.
