Description

Dr. Andrew Papachristos of Northwestern University will provide substantive and statistical expertise for the proposed R01 led by Alexander Tsai of the Massachusetts General Hospital. Beginning in year 1 and continuing through to year 4, he will advise on study design and analysis of both the quantitative data in Aims 1 & 2, and the qualitative data in Aim 3. Dr. Papachristos will assist the contact PI and co-PI in supervising the qualitative study by providing input on the training of the interviewers, reviewing interview transcripts, and providing intellectual feedback on the qualitative analysis. Beginning in year 4 and continuing through to the end of the award period, Dr. Papachristos’ expertise will be used to support the preparation of manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals. He will also be expected to assist with these manuscripts by contributing to the writing and revision of these manuscripts throughout the peer review process. He will confer with the contact PI and co-PI regularly, as well as with other members of the investigative team on an as-needed basis.
