Description
Exp. 1: To determine if Niraparib and anti-PD-L1 therapy can be combined to enhance tumoricidal response .
Exp. 2: The major goal of this experiment is to characterize the "BRCAness" phenotype of bladder cancer by quantification of the homologous repair deficiency (HRD) score and genomics scars and the validation of HRD as a biomarker to target PARPi use in patients.
