Rapid Diagnostics of SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 of Asymptomatic People Wishing to Return to Work or School

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

We will fabricate MOSFET-embedded direct readout micro cantilevers for COVID-19 diagnostics, thus paving way for rapid diagnostics of viral antigen both for asymptotic carriers and people infected with virus. Such multiplexed system is amenable to massively parallel multiplexing, and address limitations of cost, ergonomics, power requirements and flexibility for wider and point-of-care deployment. The design and development part will be carried out at Northwestern University (NU) and fabrication will be done at our NUFAB facility at NU and Applied Nanostructures Inc.
