The overall objectives of this RC2, now R56, application entitled “Renal Osteodystrophy Precision Medicine Project”, are:
1. Provide RNA and ATAC sequencing of bone biosies from patients with renal osteodystrophy (ROD)
2. Determine the osseous transcriptome and epigenome in these biopsies;
