Description

Project description: Self-directed scholarship related to contraception and abortion, with special attention to the topics of bioethics, medicine, law, and culture. The scholar is free to engage in various modes of learning and inquiry, with the goal of developing new ideas which will be disseminated through publishing in academic literature and lay press, and through speaking to academic and lay audiences. The scholar is also free to consult with nonprofit organizations on their litigation and legislative work in this area when requested, and is encouraged to mentor junior scholars outside of her home institution.
