Description

The conference will be a one-and-a-half-day event to be held on June 23–24, 2016. The conference program will be organized by Daniel Spulber, Professor of Management Strategy of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, with contributions by Alan Marco, Chief Economist, USPTO. The Parties plan to hold the conference at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, USA. The choice of conference participants will be based on a call for papers and invitations to participate. Participants also include session chairs and discussants. The Parties expect to have no more than twenty four papers presented at the conference, paying accommodation and meal expenses of the researchers and discussants (one discussant per paper). The Parties plan to include up to two keynote speakers. The Parties expect that several research projects will involve multiple authors, with several possibly from outside the U.S.
