Research Projects for Cour Pharmaceutical Development Company Inc.

The present proposal is intended to be completed over a 30-month time period and is proposed as a research grant-like mechanism which will be paid as $25,000 per month ($75,000 per quarter) for 30 months, with study reports to be submitted to COUR upon completion each agreed upon experiment. For the completion of the proof-of-concept experiments (NMO and AAV), the timing for completion will be dependent upon both the expressed priorities and availability of particles. The present Work Plan and Payment structure supersedes all prior work plans or agreements for TIMP-WPE, TIMP-FVIII, and AI-Lupus.
