Project Details
Description
The research roundtable will be a one-and-a-half-day event to be held on April 9–10, 2015 and attended by at least one author from each paper accepted to participate in the research roundtable. The choice of research roundtable participants will be based on invitations to participate. Participants also include session chairs and discussants. The research roundtable will be organized by Daniel Spulber, Professor of Management Strategy of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, with contributions by Alan Marco, Chief Economist, USPTO. The Parties plan to hold the research roundtable at Northwestern University School of Law and will provide support for authors of accepted papers as well as invited discussants for these papers. The Parties expect to have no more than twenty four papers presented at the research roundtable, paying accommodation and meal expenses of the researchers and discussants (one discussant per paper). The Parties plan to include three key speakers presenting papers, one keynote speaker. The Parties expect that several research projects will involve multiple authors, with several possibly from outside the U.S., and participation by 60 or more attendees.
