Scaling Up Culture Change: Culturally Inclusive Growth Mindset Teacher Training

As part of our subcontract, Dr. Bang and a gradaute student will perform the following tasks. Dr. Megan Bang • Dr. Bang will participate in regular project management meetings with the PI. • She will help to design the professional development modules and institutes and will also teach or faciliate in each. • She will help to design accompanying studies including developing analytical processes and coding schemes. • Further Dr. Bang will aid in disseminating the research through co-authoring publications and presentations. Research Assistant • The research assistant participating in this project will primarily suport data collection and conduct data analysis. This will require being trained in approrpaite coding schemes and conducting qualtiative and quantitative analysis as needed. • The research assistant will be required to meet with Dr. Bang or Dr. Brady weekly to provide an update of progress of work and to attend any project meetings. • The research assistant may also be invovled in dissemination of the work through support to the development of publications and presentations.
