Description
This project will develop a spintronic spectrum analyzer, based on arrays of electrically
tunable spintronic microwave detectors (i.e. spin diodes) with sensitivity > 100 mV/uW, to achieve fast and programmable frequency analysis and filtering/limiting of high-power Radio-Frequency (RF) signals in the 0.5 - 5 GHz range.
