The goal of this project is to apply methods for high throughput structure determination to target proteins from NIAID Category A-C priority organisms. The selected target proteins are be involved in pathogenesis, essential to the pathogen’s life cycle, involved in drug resistance, or potential candidates for drug or vaccine development.
