Project Details
Description
Dr. Crispino will perform the experiments to determine the role of the GATA2-ERG axis in growth and differentiation of G1ME and G1E cell line models. These experiments include chromatin immunoprecipitation of GATA factors and histone modifications. In addition, he will overexpress wild-type ERG and the pointed domain mutant in the cell line models and study the effect on differentiation and megakaryocyte versus erythroid specification. Finally, he will also provide expertise and reagents to support Dr. Izraeli’s aims.
