With this community vision in mind, we have developed a three-part convergence research agenda to empower the public to access and analyze judicial records. Part 1: Make federal, state, and local court records free and easily accessible Part 2: Create an open knowledge network where individuals can collaborate on linking legal, economic, and social knowledge to the data Part 3: Empower the public to use the open knowledge network.
