Description

This proposal aims to 1.) establish a program to measure and monitor transmission of antimicrobial resistant Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter baumannii at Aga Khan hospitals and associated healthcare facilities; 2.) improve networks for diagnosing and tracking antifungal-resistant Candida auris infections across Aga Khan institutions; and 3.) evaluate the implementation outcomes of building capacity and conducting surveillance for antimicrobial resistant bacteria and fungi using RE-AIM.
