Description
This Agreement sets forth the rights, responsibilities, terms and conditions
governing institution responsibilities in certain cooperative group medical research studies which may be conducted or endorsed by group from time to time and institution's services in participating in clinical trials conducted or endorsed by the group.
Institution shall be authorized to participate in those Clinical Trials which are designated by GROUP as being included within the Agreement.
