Description

Dr. Wunderink will be responsible for the conduct of the clinical trial and specimen collections at NMH. We will mesh screening, consenting, and sample acquisition from SCRIPT to facilitate enrollment in this proposal. He will supervise the clinical research team and research coordinators who will be obtaining the prospective blood samples needed for this proposal and oversee the broth dilution antibiotic resistance measurements and the whole-genome sequencing experiments described in Aim 2.
