Targeting a novel SIRT2/STAT1 axis to sensitize resistant to DNA-damaging treatment tumors

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The precise mechanisms by which IFNs generate responses are not fully uncovered. Defining such mechanisms and signaling pathways may have implications in cancer, considering that constitutive activation of IFN signaling has been associated with treatment resistance in solid tumors.
