Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The Hope lab will provide fluorescent and chelator ready monoclonal antibodies for these studies. The Hope lab will examine the distribution and concentration of these antibodies in NHP tissues and fluids using several methods, including: PET/CT radio isotope analysis, fluorescent microscopy, lightsheet microscopy, molecular techniques, BAL protein/antibody concentration and plasma antibody concentration. The Hope lab will use biostatistician to assist with the analysis of the generated data.
