WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDATION:  Visit Rochester not more than 12 times between September 1, 2015 and August 31, 2016.  Provide support for specific items listed under the Neighborhood Grants Program, and be generally available to take up other GRHF program support as requested.  Work with GRHF to consider, plan, and implement any desired efforts to bring the NHSII approach to a broader Rochester and regional audience, as requested.  Work with GRHF to implement the Phase V expectations for the two original grantees.  Work directly with the incoming NHSII Program Officer and yourself to identify additional needs, and develop and refine strategies for effective technical support for the Neighborhood Grantees.  Work directly with the Program Officer to identify needs and opportunities for training of the all of the NHSII grantees.  Work directly with the Program Officer, the VP and other GRHF staff to develop strategies and deliver training for grantees in or applying for other foundation programs.  Maintain regular verbal contact with the Program Officer and appropriate GRHF staff to keep them apprised of the grantees’ progress.  Deliver reports as requested on the progress of Neighborhood grantees; contribute to other reports as requested. FOR NEIGHBORHOOD GRANTS PROGRAM:  Provide all support to individual grantees as detailed under Grantee Sessions on the following pages.  Coordinate direct work with residents during site visits; provide direct support to key grantee staff during site visits and via regular telephone and email communications between visits.  Provide coordination and support for approximately 12 all-grantee meetings as detailed under Grant Program Sessions on the following pages. The original grantees will meet approximately once every two months, while new grantees will meet approximately every month. Coordinate sessions and facilitate discussions at meetings scheduled during site visits.  Working through the foundation, meet with the evaluators on a regular basis to ensure coordination of technical support and evaluation activities.
