Description
The Evaluator is hereby engaged by the Company as an independent contractor and not an employee, partner or agent of Nicasa. Northwestern University will primarily be responsible for providing the leadership and expertise for the project evaluation and will be responsible for insuring the meeting of federal project evaluation requirements.
