Testing of SK2 PAM in Conditioned Eye Blink

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT 40 rats (Sprague Dawley, 8 weeks old) will be surgically implanted for eyeblink measurement. Animals will be divided into 3 groups (n = 10/group), and will recieve either Vehicle, low dose compound, or high dose compound, IP 30 minutes prior to training. Training will occur for 6 days and data will be reported as % conditioned response on each day. 2. DELIVERABLES / REPORTS Final report will be delivered to Ataxion upon completion of the study. 3. COMPANY MATERIALS Ataxion will provide pre-formulated compounds for dosing of the animals.
