Project Details
Description
The CHC-RLP study will be the first of its kind to prospectively evaluate the effects of training and implementation of a specific reproductive life plan tool, the One Key Question (OKQ)™, in the primary care setting. This project has two major aims:
1. Conduct a structured training for OKQ® implementation, harnessing the electronic health record (EHR) as a tool, in a primary care, CHC, setting with our partner health center, Friend Health
a. Assess success of the training and implementation by collecting data from primary care staff
2. Utilize EHR data for pilot evaluation of impact of OKQ® training on reproductive health (preconception and contraceptive care) measures
