The Primary Health Care Performance Initiative V (PHCPI)

For this project, Dr. Hirschhorn will provide technical leadership with specialization in implementation and improvement science. She will provide expert input into the review of vital signs profiles and translation into action, and provide key technical expertise into the learning from and any needed updating of the Progression model, support PMA2020 work and provide input into other Research and Development activities. She will also support and lead dissemination work through presentations, manuscripts and reports.
