Description
We anticipate that by protein-protein interaction, EZH2 may help ADAR bind to new RNA sites or prohibit ADAR to bind to its targets because EZH2 has a RNA binding domain and directly binds to RNA. Because both ADAR and EZH2 are elevated in advanced PCa, they may coordinate to regulate their shared targets and promote PCa initiation and progression.
