Description

The Arora lab at FCVRI will perform all the large animal experiments proposed in the grant. This will include performance of electrophysiological studies in the intact heart, as well as isolation of cardiac myocytes for performance of cellular electrophysiology studies. In addition, the in-vivo electrophysiological mapping studies proposed in Pak1 knockout mice will also be performed in the Arora lab
