Description

The combined University of Chicago and Northwestern University (UCNU) K12 Career Development Program in HIV related Heart, Lung, Blood and Sleep research (HIV-HLBS) will establish a new pathway for the further training of physician and non-physician junior faculty scientists to interdisciplinary approaches focused on HIV related comorbidities and conditions in most impacted populations to gain new insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and translate these insights into tools for disease diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
