Statement of Work Dr. Bochner’s group will be involved in all aspects of the experimental design, performance of experiments, data analysis and interpretation, publications and reports. This work includes generating, breeding and maintaining mouse colonies and in performing mouse models of pulmonary inflammation; processing and analyzing mouse lung and lung lavage fluids by cytochemical, histochemical and other analysis; and eosinophil and neutrophil isolation and analyses needed to optimize nanoparticle binding in vitro in collaboration with Project 2 prior to in vivo studies.
