Northwestern University will be responsible for the spectroscopic detection of mucosal micro-circulation in specific aim 1 including instrumentation, probes, data analysis etc. Namely providing the Differential Path Length Spectroscopy (DPL) probe and the analysis of the data collected towards the study of racial disparities in portal hypertension.
