Aneta Baran’s participation as a Senior Researcher will be important as she has all the expertise required for the successful performance of the project, as outlined in the position description below. Aneta Baran’s areas of expertise include in vivo animal studies, molecular biology, cell culture, immunoblotting, inhibitor assays, transfection, transformation and generation of mutants. She will return to her position with Northwestern University upon completion of the agreement. Aneta Baran will be responsible for the design and performance of experiments, and investigative studies involving cell culture, cell processing, in vivo studies, immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting, in vitro kinase assays, transfections, siRNA mediated knockdown of proteins and molecular analysis.
