Leveraging Patient Partner/Stakeholder Engagement to Implement PCOR - PlanYourLifespan.org

The goal of this proposal is to leverage patient partner/stakeholder engagement for implementation of PYL using a train-the-trainer/patient partner-stakeholder model. There are ample number of community-based patients and stakeholders who have asked to implement PYL to their communities. By training them as trainers, we will be able to translate the train-the-trainer model into train-the-trainer/patient partner-stakeholder to further implement PYL. This innovative means of training patient partners/stakeholders to disseminate to their perspective populations has the potential to assist dissemination of other currently and future PCORI-funded research.
