Description

This project will be led by Drs. Feng Yue (MPI), Rex L. Chisholm (Co-I), Barbara Stranger (Co-I), and Dr. Yuan Luo (Co-I). Dr. Yue currently serves as the co-chair of the Steering Committee of the IGVF consortium. He will coordinate and organize the activities for the steering committee. In addition, Dr. Yue and his group will lead the effort for the Catalog workgroup and also help with the design and implementation of computational pipeline for universal data processing. His team members also serve as note takers for several workgroups. In addition, his group will also actively contribute to the outreach and educational activities for the IGVF consortium if needed. The Northwestern team will also work closely with the WashU team on web portal and slack channels and organize the IGVF consortium activities.
