Abstract

We propose an auto-refocused phase retrieval approach that combines refocusing and phase retrieving properties based on lens-free on-chip in-line holography. We demonstrate a 4D tracking application of imaging/monitoring in vivo biomedical scenes, e.g. Blepharisma.
