Abstract
An optimized set of data for the Se-Te system has been obtained by the least squares method. The excess Gibbs energy functions of both the liquid and solid phases were expressed by Redlich-Kister polynomials. The thermodynamic functions and the phase diagram, calculated by the resulting analytical description, are in reasonably good agreement with the experimental data.
