Abstract
Sudden anuria months after transplantation was seen in 3 patients in a series of 550 transplants. In 2 patients the obstruction was due to intrapelvic bleeding with clots proximal to a kinked ureter. In 1 case an intrarenal abscess ruptured into the pelvis with obstruction. Conventional urologic approaches preserved the transplant function in all 3 cases.
