Abstract

Recent advances in finite-difference time-domain (FD-TD) method have further improved its accuracy in modelling Maxwell's curl equations and widen its range of applications. Advances in Berenger PML absorbing boundary condition; dispersive, nonlinear and gain material models; active circuit device models; planar unstructured meshes and software development for massively parallel computers are among the recent advances.
