Abstract
Detailed measurements are made of the temperature and magnetic field dependences of the magneto-transport coefficients, σxx and σxy, in an In0.53Ga0.47AsInP heterostructure to test the (two-parameter) renormalization group theory of the integral quantum Hall effect.
