Abstract

This cross-sectional study uses data from clinical trials registered in ClinicalTrials.gov between 2000 and 2020 to assess the presence of clinical trial data according to sex, female burden of disease relative to female proportion of enrollees, and associations of disease category and study features with female proportion of enrollees.
