Abstract

This case describes a 47-year-old woman with symptomatic PSVT. Traditional ventricular pacing maneuvers were non-diagnostic so atrial overdrive pacing was used to help make the diagnosis. The importance of the familiarity of a number of diagnostic maneuvers for PSVT is highlighted.
