Abstract

This case describes a 24-year-old with WPW a symptomatic, narrow-complex tachycardia. A full set of diagnostic maneuvers is required to make the correct diagnosis in this case. The case also highlights a dilemma in the clinical decision making process for a complex arrhythmia.
