Abstract

This case describes a 21-year-old with narrow-complex, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). Narrowing the differential diagnosis of SVT requires a synthesis of all information available including baseline characteristics, tachycardia features, and diagnostic pacing maneuvers during SVT.
