Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, there was an error in the “Ethanol consumption” row of Table 3, where the “Secondary prevention targets” entry, now reading “≤3 standard drinks per week”, appeared initially as “per day”; the error has been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
