Bragg reflector waveguide based on thin film Barium titanate

Abstract

Bragg reflector waveguide was fabricated from BaTiO3 thin film using low pressure nano-lithography. Its transmission spectrum around 1.55 μm shows a 40% change over a 6 nm range. Velocity phase matching condition is discussed.
