Brief communication: Laslocarplne-induced, transplantable squamous cell carcinoma of rat skin

Abstract

A well-differentiated, transplantable squamous carcinoma arose in the skin of Fischer rats given several intraperitoneal injections of lasiocarpine. Pulmonary metastases were common and retained the same histologic features as the respective primary transplants. No sarcomatous transformation was found.
